$tarbucks
Is it true that the coffee/protein bfast/smoothie/frappamachachino peddler got its name from the initial investors being celebs. Get it, Star… Bucks. I think Kenny G is one of the benefactors. Anyway, this is a pretty cool little program they’re running, getting ‘real’ people to give testimony on their (My) Starbucks Story. We like it, and have believe it or not been designing prototype programs similar to this for brands. Holler at us if you’re intrigued. We are.
Oh, and i don’t usually goto Starbucks, but hit the Market and 10th jawn the other day. The staff could not have been nicer, it felt so sincere I was taken off guard, especially since that area is riddled with 75% of SF’s crack heads, you’d think the people who work there wouldn’t have anyting to smile about. It took me 5 minutes too long though to find the feedback area on starbucks.com to share “my story”. making a video would take 5 hours too long. Sbucks, holler at us about user experience, yo!
